Many activities are cross grade levels.  Programs such as music, art, band and choir are all supported by all teachers and administrator.
Last year Riverside Prep held a Winter Wonderland.  Our kindergarten class participated by providing artwork to decorate the campus.  They also performed Winter seasonal songs decorated with reindeer antlers, scarves, mitten, and overcoats.
In the spring there was a Multi-Cultural day.  Kindergartener's  studied Greece, made theater masks, and dressed up in chitons.
Last year our class started a recycling program in our school.  We challenged grades K-2 to recycle one item in their classroom.
Every Friday was spirit day when students were encouraged to dress in school attire.  Spirit week was enjoyed by all studentsas they were encouraged to dress up in a variety of themes.
Weekly we invited the 4th grade students to come to our class and read to us.  We collaborated with 4th, 5th grade and High School foreign language students in a variety of activities incorporating projects as a way to connect grade levels throughout the year.
